As a result of the visit of .Mr. Mackenzie King, Deputy Minister of Lalmr in Canada, to London. India is to administratively discourage emigration to Canada on the ground of the climate and labor conditions being unsuitable.

At a caucus of the Federal Lalwr Party, it was resolved that the Surplus Revenue Bill should provide for appropriations for the payment at an early date of old-age pensions.
