The conference in connection with the whas-f strike arrived at a conditional agreement, which will be submitted tomorrow to the consideration of the respective bodies concerned . Their decisions will be communicated to an adjourned meeting of the conference to lie held on Friday for final acceptance or otherwise. No details are available. ~
