THE COMING ELECTIONS.
Per Press Association. Palmerston N., Thursday. Mr. Andrew Collins, a member of'the Wellington Conciliation Board, informed a Manawatu Standard reporter this inorning that he had definitely decided to contest the Palmerston election. He is confident of being returned, and does not intend to commence his campaign till the week prior to the election.
