ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
I'er Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. I he coroner's jury returned a verdict of ••accidental death" in the case of the boy Thomas Humphries, killed liy a gunshot at licmuera yesterday.
Daimevirke, Thursday. A cart driven by John Foster Smith, an elderly man and a tea dealer, was struck by the mid-day express at l'iri Pin crossing. Smith was severely injured about the head. He was taken to the hospital.
