MURDER AT ADELAIDE.
POLICEMAN SHOT DEAD. MURDERER STILL AT LARGE. Adelaide, March 30Constable King was shot dead it Glenelg by a fisherman named Coknian.
King had arrested Coleman on Saturday'lor being drunk and disorderly. The prisoner was fined ss. Coleman ovidently regarded his arrest as a grievous insult. He intimated liis intention of "doing for" King. He met the constable at midnight on Saturday and fired point blank with a gun at King's breast. King was killed instantly. Coleman is Still at large.
