HOUSING OF WORKERS IiILL. Received March 30, 10.31 p.m. London, March 30. Mr. John Burns' Housing of Workers and Town ll'lanning Bill was read a first time. The Bill is Very drastic. In almost all respects it makes the Local Government Board supreme without reference to Parliament.
