Bciollaert, replying to Sir Edward Grey's menace?, declared Belgium was her own mistress, and not responsible to England or any other country. Also that she refuses to accept any advice as lo the control of matters that are purely Belgian* and refuses to circulate a translation of the British White Book regarding the Congo. The Chamber, by 76 to SC, supported M. Schollaert.
