SItiQUIETEXISU NEWS. Keceived 24th, 11.20 p-m. London, February 24. 'A bulletin states that the Premier, Sir Henry C.impbell-Bannennan. did not pass a very good night. He got some quiet sleep during the morning. A bulletin issued last evening shows that be had a comfortable day. His strength continues good. SOUTH AFRICAN" SYHPATHY. Received 24th„ 11-20 p.m. Capetown, February 24. JAI the instance of Mr. Sauer. Minister for Public Works, the Cape South African pirty passed a vote of sympathy for the British Premier.
