AN" IRISH BYE -ELECTION. London, February 23.
A bye-election was held for North leitrim, Mr- Dolan having resigned as * challenge to the Irish Parliamentary party led by Mr. John Redmond. The result -was the defeatof Mr. Dolan and the return of the Nationalist candidate '(Mr. Meehan). The voting was:— Mr. Meehan (Nationalist) .. 3103 Mr. Dolan (Sinn Fein) .. 1157
