Lisbon, February 17. A bomb has been discovered under the landing stage where the late King Carlos and CiThra Prince Luiz landed. The fuse attached had been lighted, but had failed to explode tile bomb. WREATHS LAID ON REGICIDES' GRAVES. THE REPUBLICANS ACTIVE. Received 17th, 9.49 p.m. Lisbon, February 17. A crowd of working-men laid wreaths on the regicides' graves in Lisbon. The Republicans are active, despite Ring Manners efforts to conciliate the leaden.
