GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE. Received 17th, 949 p.m. London, February 17. The Colonial Government will lend the Nigeria Bitumen Corporation £2->.-DOO, without interest, repayable when payable oil Is struck. The Government's royalty has lieen Increased to 7% per cent.
