DINIZULU'S TRIAL.
| o London, February 13. Speaking of Mr. E. G. Jellicoe'fl charges against the Natal Government of having failed to give the chief Dinizulu a fair trial, Mr. Winston Churchill, Under-Secretary for the Colonies, said the statements would be fully considered when the report of Mr. Nathan, Natal Minister for Defence, was received. Mr. Jellicoe's retirement, he remarked, left the Government n doubt as to what legal assistance Dinizulu had received.

JL, The Times considers that the Mother Land is entitled to tender the Natal Government advice, inasmuch as she is under some measure of responsibility in -connection with the conditions tff Dinizulu's return, The Times adds that it would tend to "1 restore confidence in Great Britain; " equally with Natal, if the Natal Premier could see Wnipummon and hold a special session of Parliament immediate* ly, instead of waiting till June.
