l'er Press Association. Palmerston .North, Last Night. Hie Hon. Dr. Eindlay presented the High School prizes and delivered an address to a crowded audience at the -Municipal Hall. He spoke strongly of Hie absence of encouragement by the wealthy people of New Zealand to the educational system, and said that it Mas their duty to endow it with a portion of their wealth, as was done by wealthy men elsewhere. Dr. Findlay expressed the opinion that nursin.' snould be taught the girls in the schools. Dr. t'ludlay goes on to Uanuevirke tomorrow,
