AN EXHIBITION LAWSUIT.
l'er Press Association. •Wellington, Friday. -Mr. Justice Dulton and a jury of t.vclvu arc inigaged today in hearing a claim brought by George Scott, of Christchurch, against the Kin<» for •C-10UU lor damages in respect of alleged breach, of agreement. The case arises out of a space dispute in connection with the recent Exhibition. Plaintill' alleges that he was deprived of space originally granted him, and also that another agreement that lie was to have exclusive rights and privileges of scllin" confectionery and fruit at the Exhib£ tion was violated. The defence is that there was no contract, and that Scott broke the rules and regulations of the Exhibition.
