SUPREME COURT.
Per Press Association. Invercavgill, Tuesday. In the Supreme Court the Grand Jury returned no bill in the case of Alexander Fcrrier, charged with manslaughter. The facts were that a horse took fright at Ferrier's traction-engine and backed over an embankment, killing a young woman who was driving; Invcrcargill, Last Night. Thomas Seator, charged with indecent assault on a girl under l(j, was found not guilty.
