CRISIS IN PORTUGAL.
IMPENDING CIVIL WAR DENIED. Received 2Gth, 9.49 p.m. Lisbon, November 20. Though the political crisis in Portugal is admitted, an authoritative denial is given to the allegations regarding a civil war and widespread disorder. The stories are attributed to a deliberate campaign of falsehood against the Royal house.
