DIVORCE COURT
X'er Press Association. I Dunedin, Last Night. At the Supreme Court, Margaret Clyma sought a divorce from John Clyma on the grounds of desertion. Petitioner said she married respondent in 1877, ( and left him. in 1898 owing to his persistent cruelty. A deere6 nisi wag granted. Ardma. Helen was granted a divorce from Charles Jeffriea on the ground of desortion. The parties were married at Napier in 1892, and lived together for two years. Bespondent only contributed 15s towards poti* tioner's support, since 1804. Robert Kennurd applied for a decree against Paulina Kennard on the ground of desertion. Petitioner eaid they were married Sn 1878, and lived together until 1895, when respondent went away and refused to' return. The case wriu adjourned for evidence in corroboration of' petitioner's statement.
