I Per Press Association. ' Dunedin, Tuesday. WJien tlie oasg of Arthur v. the Minister of Railways, a claim for £&)0 compensation in respecting of the death 6f James Arthur, who was accidentally killed oij the Mosgiel railway duplication works, was called op in the Stypremja Court this morning,' Itfr Solomon announced tljat a settlement had been arrived at. It is understood the plaintiff accepted £350 from the Railway Department.
