The Federal Treasurer, Sir William Ljne, propose) that, if the standing orders will allow, when one-third of the tariff is completed it shoold be sent up to tbe Senate. He hopes to get the whole t pf the tariff completed by Christmas. ' PROPOSED BOARD OF TRADE. ' ~ . Sydney, October 28. Sir William Lyne states that after the tariff has been disposed of he proposes to create a Board of Trade. This Board, if established, will see that manufacturers place on their goods the Commonwealth trade mark, which will indicate that they hare paid a proper living wage in the manufacture.
