The warship Challenger has been orflared from Wellington to Fiji on Saturday next to pick up the High Commis-1 aioner of the Pacific, who proceeds to the New Hebrides to take part in the ceremony of reading the proclamation under the Anglo-French convention. The French warship Restraint has been ordered from Noumea for a similar purpose.
