DAIRY PRODUCE CARRIAGE.
AUCKLAND'S CLAIMS. Per Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. Speaking in regard to the proposal that Homo vessels carrying butter, etc., should make Auckland the final port of departure from New Zealand, Mr. Stringer, speaking for the Auckland Farmers' Freezing Company, said Auckland was now the largest exporting province in the Dominion, and the great trade of the future was hound to centre at Auckland as the country developed; therefore shipping facilities in accordance with the importance of the great Northern centres should be provided.
