CAPE POLITICS.
IMMEDIATE-DISSOLUTION PROPOSED. Capetown, September 17. In the Legislative Assembly, .Mr Merrinian gave notice of a motion advising an immediate dissolution in consequence of the Upper House refusing to vote supply. On behalf of his party he un.lertook to provide supplies for the intermediate period. Dr Jameson in the Council announced that he was advising the Governor to dissolve Parliament forthwith.
