Everything is left to his brother, with the exception of £SO, which goes to Mrs Lionel Harris, of Christchureh, New Zealand. VICTORIA INCOME TAN. Melbourne. September IS. The State Premier, Mr Rent, proposes to reduce by 20 per cent all income taxes with the exception of the tax on the income of companies. The reduction means a loss of £48,000 of revenue.
