ASSASSINATED.
THE PERSIAN PREMIER'S FATE.
Received 2nd, 9.24 pjn. Teheran, Sept. 2. Amin J. 8. Sultanch, who was re eently appointed Premier of Persia Under the new Constitution, was assassinated at Teheran when leaving the Kational Council, where he was unpopular owing to his tendencies not being regarded at sufficiently advanced.
His treatment of the Turco-Persian incident was not considered sufficiently energetic.
