CRICKET.
THE TEAM FOR AUSTRALIA. London, August 28. Mr Lacey. secretary of the MYirylebone Cricket Club, states that the team to visit Australia is now complete- It comprises fourteen members. It is reported that Gunn will spend the winter in Australia.
Hirst denies that he stated in reply to the invitation to join the team that he would accept if he were paid another £IOO. He acknowledges expressing the opinion that the trip was worth that remuneration.
