• Paris, August 21. At the invitation of King Edward, the French Premier, M. Clemenceau, will lunch with the Royal party at Marienbad to-day. The meeting is interpreted here as a mark of personal esteem. It is also intended to afford an opportunity tp discuss the results of King Edward'a recent interviews with the Emperors of Germany and Austria, especially regarding Morocco.
