A BRUTAL ASSAULT.
Per Press Association. Woodville, AugustTfl. A bricklayer named George Perfect has been arrested on a charge of brutally assaulting his ' nephew, Arthur Hope. He is alleged to have struck Hope over the head with a bar of iron, but did not render him unconscious. Hope closed with his assailant, and so knocked him about that both men had to bo sewn up by a doctor. Hope was too ill to appear at Court.
