Payments to milk supplying shareholders, including interest and profit bonus, calculated on a butter fat basis, are for winter butter fat including profits (uniform price at all cream- . eries), almost exactly 10% d per lb; for , spring,, summer and autumn on quantity supplied, to the larger creameries . \ lO'/id per lb. The average for the soft- ,- ; . son ovw all creameries was 9 9-10 d per i lb. The butter fat quality of milk're- _'.« ceived (average of all the creameries), " [ has been 3.749 per cent, the overrun v, has been 11.41 per cent.
