KING OPENS A NEW BUILDLNG. Received 28th, -L22 pjn. London, July 27. - The King and Queen opened the new buildings for the University College School at Frognal. Miss Ada Crossley tang the National Anthem. Baron Mankswell read the Council's address, dwelling on the fact that the school for vhiee-cjuarters of a century had been the i> .: .;»i.u. r tn men woo played a conspicuous part in the moulding th= destinies of the Empire. •King Edward replied he was confident the youth of the nation is full of promise. He was gratified to hear the great colonies recognise the excellence of the British schools, and were anxious, where possible, to send their children home.
