DOES BRITAIN BENEFIT. CAPE COLONY'S AFFIRMATIVE FIGURES. Received 28th, 4.10 p.m. Capetown, July 27. Tie half-year's trade statistics of Cape Colony show, for the first time sinee preference was adopted, a distinct increase in the proportion of British as compared with foreign trade.
