REVOLUTIONARY RUSSIA.
BOYCOTTIKG THE THIRD DOUMA. DRASTIC ACTION OF RAILWAY MEN. Received 28th, 4.10 p.m. St Petersburg, July 27. In order to boycott the third Douma, the Pan-Russian railway union resolved to organise local strikes to stop trains carrying electors, and to compel the cessation of railway traffic throughout Russia, when the revoluntionarv bureau gives the order.
