EFFORTS AT REFLOTATION. Per Press Association. ■ Auckland, July 27. The ketch Isabella do Fraine, Mown ashore at Ahipara on Saturday last, is high and dry on the rocks at low water, with a hole in her hull. Efforts are being made to float the vessel, but success is doubtful. Efforts are being made to refloat the cutter Flora, which sank off North Shore on Saturday morning laden with shingle.
