Since leaving New Plymouth a short time ago -Mr Oriffiths has been engaged in the 1 übiie Works Architectural Department at \\ ellington, and whilst there he prepared the plans and estimates for post oilice buildings at Whangarei, post office at Wcstport, and departmental buildings in Wellington, together with other important buildings in different centres, lie lias also made himself acquainted w itli latest methods of construction and design, so that work placed in the hands of the firm will be carried out in a thoroughly competent and up-to-date manner. It is understood that Mr. (j'l'iHiths will be admitted as a partner from the first of July.
