SELECTLSU REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE. Received luth, 0.48 p.m. New' York, June 10. Republicans of Pennsylvania endorsed Senator Knox as a candidate for tile Presidency. Though Mr Taft is hetter known and more widely popular than Mr Knox, the latter has an influential following in New England, and is popular in the north-west. Both are considered suitable exponents of Preside Roosevelt's policies.
