THE IMPERIAL GARRISON. Received 10, 0.48 p.m. London, June 10. Mr Winston Churchill, replying to Mr Harold Cox, said that General Botha, in asking for the retention cf Imperial troops in South Africa, hid not offered to contribute towards their maintenance out of the, Transvaal's icvenue the same as India.
