FRENCH MARITIME STRIKE
EVERY PORT PARALYSED. Paris, June 3. ' Only French steamers on the high seas and those permitted to leave ports by the strike committee remain unaffected. Every French port is paralysed. The Government are using the navy for passenger and mail services.
