CABINET OF THE EVIL EYE.

MISR)RTCNES OK THE ITALIAN PREMIER. Rome, March 7. The superstitious citizens of Rome have long regarded the Premier. Signor Giolitti, as a man possessing the "evil eye," and the belief lias been suddenly strengthened by two uagie events which have occurred during the lu*>t tweutyfour hours.

Signor Uallo, the .Minister of .Justice and Public Worship, was found dead in bed this morning, having had an apoplectic seizure. He was apparently in good health yesterday, and out driving.

The Minister's death, following tinattack of apoplexy which sei/.ed Sijjnor Massimini, the Minister of Finance, in the Chamber yesterday, has caused an indescribable sensation. It is recalled that four Minis,<«rs in k'ignor Giolitti's fust Cabinet died in ofliiv, while Kosano. Minister of Justice in his second Cabinet, committed sui'-ide by hiiii*e!f. Signor Tittoni, Minister for Foreign Affairs in the present Administration, .has also had an attack of cerebral congestion. and fsignnr (iianturco, Minister of Public Works, is seriously ill. The Opposition hope, that a political criiis will be brought aboiu by the unfortunate position of the Cabinet, but that is doubtful, as there is no other person who holds such an ascendency over Parliament as fcigiror Uiolitti.
