THE SULTAN'S EDICT.' Morocco, April 8. The Sultan of Morocco's edict, read in the chief mosque at Fez, states that througii the wickedness of his people two Frenchmen were killed and others wounded, and that France has temporarily oicupied I'jda, contrary to all treaties, without justification. He trn-.ls for a speedy arrangement of the dilliculty, and orders his people to remain quiet.
