HOME RULE FOR IRELAND.
TO-NIGHT'S MEETING.
A meeting of persons interested in making arrangements for Mr Devlin's address in the Theatre .Royal this evening, was held in St. Joseph's schoolroom on Monday night. Mr W I". Jennings, M.H.R., presided. A considerable amount of business was transacted, aud hsts handed m showed that over £(SO had' been subscribed with other jists still to come in. Mr Mcluunon Bain's orchestra ha* been engaged to play selections during the evening, and the stage will be decorated His Worship'the Mayor (Mr Doe-bill) will preside, and seats will be provided on the stage for represervative citizens. The dress circle will be entirely reserved for Indies v/itu their escorts. There is no charge for admission to the proceedings, and there is no doubt that all who attend will hear one of the best possible expositions of tho Home Itide cause froin Mr Devlin, who is an orator of exceptional ability, and secured lite silver and gold medal at the Belfast Commercial Elocution contest.
Mr Devlin will arrive by the 5.20 train this evening, and will be met'at the railway station by the reception committee.
