DEATH OF THE VICTIM. A WOMAN AKBESTED. Per Press Association. Palmeusion Nobth, .November 7. A woman Agnes Aloughan, upon whom an alleged illegal operation was performed in June last, died iu & private n:irsing home, where she has oeen lying during the last few days, to-night, at 8,16 o'clock. Deceased was about 2(i years of age. She wag married, It is alleged that on Monday last the woman's depositions were » taken, when there appeared uttle hupa of her recovery. A married woman, Susan Cole, who was arrested charged with haying committed the illegal operation, was before the Court this morning, and was re* inanded for eight days, Deceased's parents, it is believed, live at TaLb.ape<
