Two other charges against Marshall, and two aga.nst Michael Listen, a livery stablq keeper, were then heard, accused g:v> mg ovidence that the liquor had been purchased for their own consumption. Mr Cruickshanks said he dii propose to impose further fines. Liw ton was convicted on the first charge and discharged on the payment 06 costs The informations against Mao shall were dismissed..
