DEATH BY ELECTOCUTION.
Per Press Association. Wellington, November 5. An inquuy was se.d to-day concerning uie death of \\llialn Wilson, who met h.s death by handing a l.ve eiectric wue near JMiramar. The evidence snowed that the wire had been carried on poles ijtt Oin from .he ground. It was supposed tnat it tut bioken by a pa-s.ng load of furniture, niougti the testimony on this point was conflicting. .Wi.aon who waa coming along w.th h.s dray, attempted to move the wire from the road, and was killed instantaneously. The jury found that death was accid'ntai.. though there was evidence tnat the wue had been su-pended too low. They added a r.der eonimend.ng the brave conduct of Joseph Lyflam, who, after the mishap shifted the wire to the side of the road, where it was not dangerous to passing traffic.
