SERIOUS COACHING ACCIDENT
PASSENGERS NARROW ESCAPE (Per rre-s Association). N'el-on- November 5. The Nelson-Blenheim coach, which Mi here ihis morning, met with a mishap crossing the Col ns River lord, near Wangamoa accommodation house. As the coach entered on the ford, an accumulation of debris came down with a wave, the river rising suddenly about 4ft. Mr Walter Hill, Mr O'Brien, Mrs C"lt and infant, got to the bank safely.
