W, Taylor (Mayor of ftlthain)) and Percival (Inglcwood). A quantity of routine business in cmnection with the final details of the court was transacted. The tender of Hooker & Co., £lol7s 6d was accepted for 3001) four page pamphlets, and that |of W. A. Parkinson (Hmvera) £9 15< for a one-page pamphlet. Seventeen illustrations for the booklet were agreed upon, and tlie Chairman was authorised to get enlarged photographs if Taranaki stock for framing aud displaying in the court.
