Cuthbert, president of the Manhattyn Oil Company, which is a subsidiary concern to the Standard O'i Company, testifying under promise of the Court of immunity from prosecution, declared that the General Industrial Development Company, Limited, England, owned his company, He had not seen anybody connected with the Industrial Company, but had remitted them money.
