RUSSIAN AFFAIRS.

BRITISH ADDRESS TO THE DOBMA.

PRESENTATION INDEFINITELY

POSTPONED

Received 14th, 4.38 p.m. St. Petersburg, October 13.

Owing to the clearly expressed proteits of many sections of Ru-sian people in London and St. Petersburg. the committee mutually agreed to indefinitely postpone the visit of the British deputation to present the memorial address to the Douma.

The Monarchist party at Moscow tele-graphed appealing to King Edward to prevent the visit, which they declared was intended to encourage the Ciar's enemies.
