COOK'S PICTURES.

Animated picture entertainments find considerable favour with the general public nowadays. Mr Sidney Cook, an export kinematographer-, announces that the programmes which will be presented in the Theatre Royal during- the Cook's I'ictuie season, which will commence on Thursday next, will be of the most up-to-date character. Every of animated photography will be presented, and in addition to the most recent importations from London. Paris and New York, a series of pictures depicting "New Plymouth To-day" will be specially kinematographed by Mr Cook and shown during the season. Mr Aubrey Wynn will sing the latest American picture songs. The season will extend over three nights, and a matinee will be given on Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock.
