At the Wanganui Education Board meeting, a scheme formulated by the Chief Inspector for the establishment of a library of educational works for teachers and the Board was approved, as we!' as a proposal for a travefiyig dairy school. The Board nominated Mr Gilbert Carson for the vacancy on the V ellington Teachers' .Training College Council.
