It was pointed ont that th< first estimate of the cost was for abou' £SOX), but certain additions, notably : large swimming bath, had been require, by the Department which bad raised the cost to between £6OOO and £7OOO The secretary was under the impression thai the amount available was not mon than £SOCO.
