The offering of prizes m connection with Corporation tram tickets was the subject of two informations heard In Mr Biddell, S.M., to-day, when Jolii> Tait, advertising agent, was charger (1) with having on the 28th August agreed or promised to dispose of money amongst divers persons by means of a device whereby such money was to b divided or allotted by chance, and (2) _ with having on the same date established a scheme by which prizes rl money were gained by a mode ol chance.
